Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. That's why we offer free returns on all order over $150. For orders under $150, a shipping label will be provided to you, and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. All items returned must be in the same new and unworn condition as it was shipped.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note that requests for refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine policy abuse.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. 

Item Authenticity
We pride ourselves in providing 100% authentic sunglasses at lower prices. Every item available at our shop is carefully sourced to meet our standards and yours. If an item you purchase is deemed to be inauthentic by a professional authentication specialist, we will offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for a full refund the item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start this process, contact us at info@shoptheanti.com. If approved, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your item(s), and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
