Do you accept returns and/or refunds?
Yes! We want you to love your purchase. That's why we offer free returns on all order over $150. For orders under $150, a shipping label will be provided to you, and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. All items returned must be in the same new and unworn condition as it was shipped.
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note that requests for refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine policy abuse.

Are your items authentic?
Every item available at our shop is carefully sourced to meet our standards and yours. If an item you purchase is deemed to be inauthentic by a professional authentication specialist, we will offer you a full refund. The item must be returned in the same new and unworn condition as it was shipped and a shipping label will be provided for you.
Are all THE ANTI items new?
True to our sustainable mission, we offer Vintage Finds from some of your favorite designers. These hard to find are gently used and in great conditions.
What is the cost of shipping?
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $150 via USPS Priority shipping. If you prefer an expedited method of shipping, please select it at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Shipping prices for international orders vary and are provided at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to custom duties, taxes and other clearance costs for which we are not responsible and must be paid by the buyer.
